User Data Deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete your Procura account and the personal data we hold about you. This applies however you signed up: with an email and password, or with Google or Facebook.

1. Email info@procura.cc with the subject Delete my account.
2. Send it from the email address of your Procura account. If you signed up with Facebook or Google and no longer use that address, tell us the name and email shown on your account so we can find it.
3. We confirm the request with you by email before deleting anything, so that nobody else can delete your account.
4. We delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days of your confirmation.

• your user account: name, email address, password hash, two-factor settings and active sessions;
• your Google or Facebook sign-in link (the account identifier the provider gave us);
• your tender alert preferences and notification settings;
• if you are the only owner of your organization: the organization, its company profile, uploaded documents, tenders and extracted requirements;
• if you are a member of an organization owned by someone else: your personal account only. Documents and tenders belong to the organization and stay with its owner.

Some records must be kept even after an account is deleted:

• payment and invoice records, for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Card details are never stored by us; see our Privacy Policy;
• security and audit records needed to prevent fraud and abuse, for a limited period;
• copies in our encrypted backups, which are removed automatically when those backups expire, normally within 30 days.

We do not use retained records for anything else, and we delete them when the retention period ends.

When you sign in with Facebook or Google we receive only your account identifier, name and email address. We do not receive your password, contacts, friends or posts, and we never post anything on your behalf.

To stop Procura using your Facebook or Google sign-in:

• Facebook: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Procura and choose Remove.
• Google: open your Google Account, go to Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Procura and choose Delete all connections.

Removing the app stops new sign-ins but does not delete your Procura account. To delete the account and its data as well, send the request described above.
